  • Deliberate damage to any part of the locker
  • Damage caused by failure to follow installation instructions
  • Accessories such as combination locks, name plates, or the l-shaped handle variation
  • Wash with a mild soap or detergent, then rinse with clean water
  • Avoid contact with heavy heat sources
  • Wash with a mild soap, detergent or stainless steel cleaning agent and warm water. Rinse with clean water.
  • For best results, wipe dry with a clean, soft cloth
  • Do not use abrasives such as steel wool or wire brushes
  • Follow our easy care instructions to keep your lockers looking great
  • Keep your original receipt and sales paperwork
  • Ensure all lockers have been installed correctly by following our step-by-step installation guide

Our Warranty Statement:​

‘We warrant that our goods will be free from faults. If goods we supply are found to be faulty (materials or workmanship) within the first 15 years following their purchase, we will promptly repair or replace those goods at our cost. This does not include any damage sustained after delivery. This statement applies to Locker bodies and doors. Additional components are not included. ’​

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.


What can be returned: Only Items that are faulty or damaged can be returned. Returns must also comply with the points above.​

We do not refund or exchange for change of mind, shipping or stock delays or if the customer chooses the incorrect locker size or colour. Please use our size guide for measurements and understand that the accepted tolerance for sizing is 2% for height, width and depth. Unforeseen delays or loss of items are a possibility with freight carriers and delivery dates are not guaranteed. We will always do our best and thank you for your understanding.​

We take great pride in our commitment to customer service and are more than happy to assist you in any way we can. We want you to be happy and satisfied with your Oz Loka experience however some circumstances are beyond our control. Please advised we cannot be responsible for:​

Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.​
Incorrect measurements and specifications supplied by customer.​
Incorrect product type, size or colour product selection by the customer.​
10% variance in colours.​
2% variance in the actual locker sizes.​

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 7 days of receipt of delivery for damage. Items should be inspected on delivery to ensure they are free from damage from shipping incidents. Items must comply with our care instruction and installation manual for any warranty claims to be warranted.​

Returns for refund: must be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery.​

Returns for exchange: must be made within 14 days of receipt of delivery.​

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
